We will send your order to you by courier if you provide us with a physical address, by mail if you use a Po Box.
We use Fastways couriers. We'll email you when we've put your parcel on the courier. If you'd like your track and trace number let us know. You can then go onto to Fastway's website www.fastway.co.nz/6HomepageGeneric.html you can trace your parcel. We try to have your order sent off within a couple of days of it arriving and then it should take the couriers a couple of days to get it to you. If you've got a rural address add a few extra days on for delivery.
If it's a public holiday or the weekend we'll be at home having the day off but we will get onto you order the very next working day.
Freight - the rest of the world
We'll be sending your order by International Airmail.
Returns
If for any reason you're not happy with your order please let us know....you can e mail us barking.mad@paradise.net.nz or ring us on 04 8920004. We're happy to replace an order if you get back to us within seven days.
